Bath cooling for plating and anodizing plants
In galvanic, chrome, nickel and anodizing baths, most of the electrical energy supplied by the rectifier turns into heat in the bath. If the bath temperature is not kept within a narrow range, coating thickness, hardness and colour consistency suffer.

Applications
Machines and processes in this industry for which we have installed cooling systems.
- Galvanic baths
- Chrome, nickel and copper plating baths
- Anodizing baths
- Cataphoresis (e-coat) baths
- Colouring baths
What does cooling solve?
The needs we encounter most often in plants in this industry.
- Keeping bath temperature within ±1 °C
- Acid-resistant heat exchanger materials
- Sub-zero glycol circuit for hard anodizing
