Industrial chillers and cooling systems in France
Air-cooled and central chillers, condensing units, dry coolers and cold rooms for projects in France. Units are built at our factory in Konya, Turkey, load-tested and shipped export-ready. The recommendations below are based on the country's climate and power-supply conditions.

Chiller selection for conditions in France
Climate values are long-term measurements for the reference city; the site's region and altitude may change them.
Summer heat and capacity
Reference city Paris: average high of the hottest month 26.5 °C, record high 41.9 °C. Summer peaks are moderate; a standard design is sufficient, selected with a small margin for the hottest days.
Winter conditions and freezing
Record low −16.8 °C. About 40% ethylene glycol is recommended for outdoor hydraulic circuits; propylene glycol is used in food processes.
Power supply
Industrial supply: 400 V, 50 Hz. Our standard build (380–420 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz) is directly compatible with this supply.
Shipping and documents
Shipping: by road (truck), or by sea in containers where preferred. Each unit is load-tested at the factory and shipped in moisture- and impact-protective packing. Units for the EU are CE-marked; since the F-gas Regulation affects refrigerant choice, the refrigerant is agreed at the start of the project.
Source: climate table (Paris). Glycol ratios are approximate; the exact ratio is set from the manufacturer's table.

Final selection is made after the heat load calculation.
Frequently asked questions
How is a chiller selected for France?
First the process heat load is calculated: Q (kW) = flow (m³/h) × 1.163 × ΔT. The unit is then selected for the hottest days at the site (record high 41.9 °C in the reference city) and for the 50 Hz supply.
How are delivery and installation handled?
The unit is built and load-tested at our factory in Konya, Turkey, then packed and shipped. A technical team can be sent for installation and commissioning, or your local team is supported remotely with written documentation.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Process type, required water temperature, flow rate or heat load, maximum ambient temperature at the site, supply voltage and frequency, and the delivery location.
